Personal Story:
My Italian immigrant dad documented a lot of our youth with his super 8 film
camera. The home movies were a celebration of our family adventures and milestones. Setting up the large screen and loading the projector with the freshly processed (50 foot) rolls of film became such a memorable ritual. The experience made an indelible impression on me. The movies are a family treasure and a legacy to my Dad’s creativity, his wonder and appreciation of children, nature and his love of family and Canada.
